Delivery, handling, shipping & returning SARO orders

When you place your order, we'll start the handling process and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail soon. Take in account 0 to 3 working days of getting everything in order before shipment.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment e-mail from us with a track&trace-code that you can use to locate your package until they arrive at your door.

Benelux and European orders: please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.

Intercontinental orders: please allow 3 to 14 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. Customs may hold up your order which may cause its delivery to be delayed.

The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered.

If you want to return or exchange an item, please e-mail saro.helpdesk@gmail.com with the following information: your name and order number. If you choose to return a product, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense. This means that you, as the buyer, are responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with returning the item.

If you've received the wrong or a damaged item, please also provide us with a clear picture of the parcel. We will get back to you with the necessary information to find a solution. In this case, we will be responsible for the returning fee.
